Our Objectives

Kiddies Centre aim to provide all children enrolled with a development program that focus on the different areas of a child’s development, which are Spiritual, Intellectual, Social, Emotional and Physical. Our objectives on each of these areas are:

PHYSICAL
  • To develop gross and fine motor skills.
  • To open the opportunity to accumulate a substantial body of knowledge regarding sports and physical activities.
  • To develop physical strengths within the individual.
  • To provide experience in self-direction, self-control, leadership and fellowship.
INTELLECTUAL
  • To develop a competence in reading and writing.
  • To expose children to their cultural heritage.
  • To emphasize basic skills.
  • To develop a desire for learning.
  • To develop an appreciation for the fine arts and technology.
EMOTIONAL
  • To help children recognize and understand their emotions.
  • To help children take responsibility for their feelings and the actions that may follow.
  • To help children express feelings and cope with and/or adjust to problems they arefacing.
SPIRITUAL
  • To develop acceptance of each other’s gifts.
  • To develop respect for life in all its forms, especially human life.
  • To pray and worship together.
SOCIAL
  • To develop social skills such as courtesy, respect and honesty.
  • To develop responsibility for one’s own behaviour.
  • To develop responsibility for one’s self and others.
  • To develop respect for cultural backgrounds.
  • To foster respect for one another’s individual heritage.
