Welcome to Kiddies Centre Silverton!

Located in Silverton, Pretoria, our school offers a safe and nurturing learning environment for children aged 3 months to 6 years. Since our establishment in 2014, we have been committed to providing high-quality early education and care.

We are conveniently situated near Silverton Primary and Cornerstone College, with easy access from Jasmyn Avenue, the N4 highway, and Pretoria Street. Our operating hours are Monday through Friday, from 06:00 to 18:00, and we remain open during school holidays, with the exception of the last two weeks in December.

At Kiddies Centre Silverton, we feature 8 classrooms and a spacious play area equipped with swings, imaginative jungle gyms, hanging and balancing equipment, and slides, ensuring a stimulating and enjoyable experience for your child.

PHYSICAL

We provide opportunities to develop both gross and fine motor skills.

Students are offered the chance to accumulate a substantial body of knowledge about sports and physical activities.

The curriculum is designed to help students develop their physical strengths.

Experiences in self-direction, self-control, leadership, and fellowship are integral parts of the school's programs.

INTELLECTUAL

We aim to develop competence in reading and writing.

Our offerings

Food

Meals provided include breakfast, morning snack, and lunch. Parents of full-day children are required to supply healthy snacks for their child for 3:15 PM.

Educational events

We welcome visits from a diverse range of vendors, providing opportunities for our community to explore various products and services.

Progress feedback

Progress reports will be provided each term, along with parent meetings to ensure that everyone is informed about the children's progress.

Concert and education

Concerts and graduation ceremonies are held annually.

Class placements

Classes are organized by age: 3-12 months, 1-2 years, 2-3 years, 3-4 years, 4-5 years, and 5-6 years. Kiddies Centre may adjust group placements at its discretion for the child's best interest.

CCTV cameras

The school is equipped with 32 CCTV cameras monitoring classrooms, playgrounds, and the exterior of the buildings.

Little maker

Once a month we have "Little Maker", which is a fun activity where your child will be creative with food, sweets or craft material. The cost for this activity is R30 per child, cash only.

Christmas tree

In November, a nominal fee is collected to purchase an age-appropriate gift for each child.
